Paces Brook is a wonderful place to live! The location is amazing--Countless stores and restaurants are only minutes away on Harbison Blvd, the Columbiana Mall is across the street, and I-26 makes it easy to take quick trips downtown. The complex is connected to a one-mile paved trail that wraps around a beautiful pond, so both of my dogs really enjoy their daily walks! The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet

I rented ~ A++... Immaculate room with 12' ceilings & fireplace. Gorgeous, elongated view overlooking pool & gazebo. Nicely & thoroughly lit & completely safe. Trails everywhere & 14 lovely trees out front of my private balcony. Pool deck's open year round & gym's open 24 hrs! Free morning coffee & relaxing walks early or late around the Harbison Lake trails. Totally resort-like & across street from Carraba's & Yamato's. All staff is A++... will miss it huge and nicknamed my place 'the cave!'

We have lived here for two years and We love it . The new office staff could not be better people and the maintenance crew is awesome . The grounds are kept clean and the police presence keeps the riff-raff out .

I moved into Paces Brook 7 months ago and I absolutely love it. Kristy Anderson helped me out by giving me a tour and letting me apply for my lease right on the spot. She, and all of the staff, have been truly wonderful and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and I love living here.

My dog and I moved in over two years ago and they have always taken great care of us. My sister moved in with me briefly and they handled my upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom quickly so that we could have more room. Staff is always friendly and answers all maintenance issues promptly (there aren't many issues though!). Feel very safe and LOVE the trails and close proximity to shopping!
